Requirements:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree and 2 years minimum of professional office related work history.

  • Strong writing and proof-reading skills are required.

  • Good moral character and strong work ethic.

  • Can read long documents without becoming tired.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office.

  • Very organized and have a strong attention to detail.

  • Must live in the Lansing, Michigan area and be on-time.

  • Must have own transportation, and willing to work a varied work schedule. Some evening hours are required.

  • Starting wage to be negotiated and based on performance. There are no benefits offered at this time, for part-time employment.

  • Must pass a periodic drug test and pass a criminal background investigation! Mandatory! Marijuana use and working under the influence is strictly prohibited at all times!

When you are ready to have your property appraised and seek some information Click the “contact” tab below to send us a message. Be as detailed as possible. Include your property type (Industrial, agricultural, retail, apartment, or other). Provide the property address and any parcel number(s) that identify the property. Also provide the county and municipality the property is in. Describe the reason for the appraisal. Price quotes are free and will be reasonable. Provide a telephone number, your email address, physical address, and the best times for us to call. Appraisals typically take 3 to 4 weeks, so please allow ample time for completing the assignments. Sometimes the assignments can be completed faster, but overtime rates will apply. Please specify if 3 to 4 weeks is acceptable, or a rush time is required, and what additional amount you are willing to spend for the faster completion time.
